Makwa Global is seeking a Senior Lessons Learned Analyst to support the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Staff Training Program at Quantico, VA, focusing on Ground Combat Element operations. The role involves reviewing After Action Reports, conducting trend analysis, and producing content for Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned reports. This position is critical to mission success as the GCE represents the largest contributor to Lessons Learned within the MAGTF.
