Senior Lettings Partner

The Senior Lettings Partner is a senior member of the lettings valuing team responsible for winning and letting properties to a high standard while supporting the Head of Lettings in leading, training, and developing the team. This role involves leading by example on valuations and instructions, coaching agents, and ensuring the team delivers a compliant, high-quality service that meets targets. The position requires staying up to date with lettings legislation and managing key landlord and investor relationships to retain and grow business.
