Senior Level Designer

The Senior Level Designer supports the Design Leadership Team in developing schematic design layouts and coordinating design intent for store implementation projects across North America and globally. This role involves creating floor plans, storefront elevations, and fixture designs while ensuring adherence to design guidelines, life-safety requirements, and project budgets. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional partners, construction administration, and mentoring junior designers to drive successful store prototypes, remodels, and refreshes.
