Senior Litigation Counsel

Samsung Electronics America is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as Senior Litigation Counsel, reporting to the Head of Litigation. The role will manage a broad range of litigation matters, including product liability, consumer class actions, and commercial disputes, as well as coordinate responses to government investigations. The attorney will drive strategy, oversee outside counsel, and work cross‑functionally to mitigate litigation risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
