The E2E CT, Control Tower (Level 108) oversees end-to-end visibility, exception management, and service-performance execution primarily across North America, with secondary support for EMEA. This role leads daily orchestration of transport flows, drives regional process improvements, and contributes to digital and analytics capabilities within the control tower.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fieldMinimum of 6 years of logistics, transportation, control-tower, or visibility operations experienceExperience with visibility platforms (FourKites, Project44), TMS/OTM, ERP systemsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics toolsExperience managing carriers, 3PLs, or supporting multi-region operations
