About this role

Senior Machine Learning Engineer I at Rocket Lab’s Optical Systems will support Department of Defense and Intelligence Community ISR efforts, including SDA PWSA Tranche 3, by contributing to advanced machine learning and computer vision neural networks. The role is based in Chantilly, VA within the Space Systems business and supports development of space-based payload solutions for national security and scientific missions. Candidates must meet ITAR eligibility requirements and be able to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.
