Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Nebius is building an AI training and post‑training platform for frontier model improvement. The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will own infrastructure for large‑scale training and reinforcement‑learning experiments, designing and running experiments, building data pipelines, and improving distributed training performance. The role requires hands‑on development, debugging of both model and system failures, and collaboration across research and platform teams.
