Senior Machine Learning Systems Engineer, LLM Inference Performance on AWS Trainium

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a hands-on machine learning systems engineer to optimize production-grade large language model inference on AWS Trainium platforms, including Trainium2 and Trainium3. The role focuses on improving decode latency, throughput, and cost while validating correctness and benchmarking against leading GPU platforms. The engineer will also design reproducible tests, scale serving for long-context workloads, and extend model coverage to include hybrid state-space and mixture-of-experts models.
