Senior Maintenance Lead

The Senior Maintenance Lead serves as the second-in-command for a long-term integrated maintenance contract covering a floating production asset, associated wellhead structures, and an onshore facility. This role involves leading a maintenance organization of approximately 70 personnel across offshore and onshore locations while acting as the primary technical interface with the client. The position requires overseeing the maintenance programme, managing the CMMS, and directing planning and scheduling activities to ensure operational excellence and safety.
