HomeRise
The Senior Maintenance Tech is responsible for ongoing maintenance and repairs, as well as the implementation of preventive maintenance plans at properties owned and/or managed by HomeRise. This role involves performing basic maintenance duties across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other areas while ensuring safety procedures are followed. The position requires working under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor to support residents in a supportive housing environment.
HomeRise is a flat fee MLS listing service that puts your home on your local MLS and distributes it to major real estate sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and Redfin for a starting fee of $95 upfront plus $495 at closing. Sellers manage their own pricing, showings, offers, and negotiations, with real human support available from the HomeRise team. The company also offers an Advanced plan with professional marketing and a Full Service option connecting sellers with licensed agents, all designed to help homeowners save on traditional listing commissions.
