About this role
The Service Technician at Greystar supports the upkeep and overall condition of a 632-unit mid-rise property, ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for safety and functionality. This on-site role operates on a Sunday–Thursday schedule with on-call responsibilities and participates in the property’s safety and regulatory compliance programs. The position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and company benefits.
