Senior Maintenance Technician

The Senior Maintenance Technician at UDR's Addison Apartments at The Park will handle resident maintenance requests, ensure apartments and common areas are ready for occupancy, and maintain building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. The role also includes tool and inventory management, providing superior customer service, and mentoring new technicians.
