Senior Maintenance Technician

The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for the care, monitoring, preventive maintenance, and repairs of Sheltair’s facilities and equipment within the Southeast Florida region. The role ensures the reliability of facility buildings and equipment while maintaining adherence to quality standards, environmental compliance, and safety protocols. This position involves routine inspections, responding to work orders, and performing preventative maintenance on critical utility systems and infrastructure.
