The Senior Manager, Accounting Controls and Compliance will lead accounting controls and compliance efforts within AIR’s Corporate Finance Office during a major systems transformation. This role supports the implementation of modern financial systems, ensures regulatory and government-contracts compliance, and promotes organizational readiness for new processes. The position also focuses on change management, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring finance staff to sustain improved controls and reporting.
