Senior Manager, AI Enablement Engineering

This role leads the development and adoption of AI-enabled engineering capabilities across the product development lifecycle, combining hands-on technical leadership with guiding a small team of highly technical professionals. The position partners with product managers, engineering leaders, and global technology teams to build, experiment with, and deploy AI tools and practices that enhance product delivery speed and quality. The successful candidate will bring strong architecture and engineering experience while remaining actively involved in technical work as a player-coach.
