Senior Manager, AI Learning & Development

The Senior Manager, AI Learning & Development leads the training and enablement strategy for Ford's Central AI Team, designing curriculum and learning journeys that help employees effectively adopt AI and agentic tools. This role partners with functional teams to ensure timely, targeted training delivery and measures program effectiveness through adoption and proficiency metrics. The position also involves building communities of practice and managing external resources to scale AI enablement across the enterprise.
