Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Management

The Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Management leads my529's AI strategy by partnering with all departments to integrate AI into daily operations under the guidance of the Executive Leadership Team. This role focuses on cultivating an AI-driven culture through training, education, and identifying emerging skills across the organization. The position serves as a key advisor on AI-related technology, infrastructure, architecture, vendor selection, security, fraud prevention, and productivity initiatives. It also involves developing multi-year roadmaps, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, and guiding pilot and proof-of-concept efforts.
