About this role

The Senior Manager, Assembly Operations leads the Core, Module, and Harness Assembly at the Cedar Park, Texas facility, driving the transition from development builds to repeatable production for the KARNO Power Module. This role oversees shop floor performance through Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) metrics while building standard work and developing front-line leadership. The position focuses on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing practices, and maintaining high standards of accountability and safety in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

Own SQDCP performance across Core, Module, and Harness Assembly operations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events on the production floor
Develop and coach front-line supervisors and assembly technicians
