About this role
The Associate Director, P&PI Operations supports the operations and governance of P&PI and the Product and Partnering Review Committee, ensuring coordination, documentation, and continuous process improvement across portfolio governance activities. Reporting to the Director of P&PI Operations, this role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage complex cross-functional processes and drive accountability. The position operates within an entrepreneurial, cross-functional team environment and the level will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
