The Senior Manager for Business Transformation Delivery leads large-scale operational transformation programs across AIA Philippines Operations, focusing on improving operating performance, reducing costs, and enabling digital adoption. The role partners with operations leaders, IT delivery teams and agile tribes to define future-state operating models and align transformation initiatives across Buy, Service and Claims value streams. It reports to the Associate Director of Customer Solutions Delivery and supports the organization in achieving strategic operational outcomes.
