The Senior Manager, Cards & Payments provides strategic and operational leadership for the Credit Union's Cards and Payments Operations functions, ensuring payment services are delivered accurately, securely, and in compliance with regulatory and network requirements. This role oversees daily payment operations, leads a high-performance team, and drives continuous improvement and process modernization across payment channels. The position serves as a key liaison with internal partners, vendors, and network partners to support enterprise objectives and enhance the member experience.
