Senior Manager Central Monitoring

The Senior Manager, Central Monitoring leads centralized monitoring activities and program-level analytical review of key risk and operational performance data for global and complex clinical trials. This role collaborates as an integral member of Clinical Study teams to interpret KRI/KPI and supplemental operational data, support study oversight, and drive process improvements in central monitoring capabilities. The position supports multiple studies within a therapy area and partners with CROs and internal stakeholders to ensure effective monitoring strategies.
