About this role

The Senior Manager Change, Communication and Training will lead global communications and change activities for the ELEVATE Transformation Program across Fresenius Kabi’s entities. The role defines strategy, manages program-level channels and content, segments audiences, and coordinates training to support adoption and readiness for multi-site SAP S/4HANA transformations.
