The Senior Manager Change, Communication and Training will lead global communications and change activities for the ELEVATE Transformation Program across Fresenius Kabi’s entities. The role defines strategy, manages program-level channels and content, segments audiences, and coordinates training to support adoption and readiness for multi-site SAP S/4HANA transformations. It partners closely with GPO and domain leads to align messaging, governance, and measurement.
