Senior Manager – Change Management & Adoption

This role leads enterprise-wide change initiatives to support business strategy, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the effective adoption of new processes and systems. The Senior Manager institutionalises change leadership across the Group by coaching business unit teams and building sustainable internal change capability. The position requires guiding stakeholders through transformation, reducing resistance, and embedding a culture of ownership and adoption.
