The Senior Manager, CIT Platform leads the strategy, growth, and retention of Fifth Third Bank's Collective Investment Trust (CIT) platform within Institutional Services. This role is accountable for design, oversight, and continuous improvement of CIT processes, systems, and governance while partnering with investment management, sales, and risk teams. The position drives enterprise-level ownership to ensure alignment with client needs and the bank's broader strategic priorities.
