Senior Manager, Clinical Service Lines

The Senior Manager, Clinical Service Lines builds and manages Balboa Nephrology's care-management service lines, starting with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). This role involves converting eligible patients to enrolled, maintaining patient engagement, leading the Medical Assistant team, and ensuring compliant billing and high-quality care. The manager collaborates with clinical dyads to define triage workflows and deliver patient updates to physicians, while also supporting future clinical programs as they mature.
