About this role
Lead the PPB Change Management Centre of Excellence and digital adoption agenda across the bank. Drive the embedding of the change vision, standards and methodologies and implement data‑led digital adoption strategies to accelerate usage of digital platforms and improve customer and colleague experience. Partner with cross‑functional teams to establish governance, capability building, and consistent, scalable change practices.
