About this role

As a Senior Manager of Forecasting & Analytics at Amgen India, you will lead critical forecasting workstreams for global and U.S. commercial organizations, serving as a strategic bridge between cross-functional stakeholders. This hands-on role blends technical forecasting expertise with commercial insight generation and AI-enabled innovation to develop next-generation analytics capabilities. You will manage a team of internal employees and external consultants while collaborating with partners across the U.S., Portugal, and India.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end forecast development for pipeline and inline assets
Build and lead discussions on forecast assumptions with global teams
Mentor junior team members and establish forecasting best practices
Integrate AI and automation tools to improve forecasting efficiency
Translate market events into actionable business implications for executives
