Senior Manager, Communications & Change Management

The Senior Manager, Communications & Change Management leads the communication strategy for the People function at Dutch Bros Coffee, ensuring employees and leaders receive clear, coordinated, and timely messages. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role serves as a strategic advisor to the People Leadership Team, translating business priorities into integrated communication strategies that drive alignment and engagement. The position owns the People communications roadmap for major initiatives, including organizational changes, policy updates, and M&A activity, while leading executive communications and change management efforts.
