The Senior Manager, Communications at Figure will lead proactive and reactive communications efforts to amplify the company’s story across media, social, and internal channels. Reporting to the VP of Communications & Content, this role partners with spokespeople, marketing, product, legal, and agency partners to support announcements, executive visibility, and employee communications. The role supports organic social strategy, measurement, and thought leadership programs while helping manage compliance and timing for news and industry engagement.
