Senior Manager Continuous Improvement

The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement leads Lightera's RTF Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing program and Operational Excellence journey across the North American Region. This role involves building and mentoring a high-performing CI team, developing training programs, and driving improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. The position requires partnering with plant leadership to establish a culture of operational excellence and personally leading high-impact improvement initiatives.
