About this role

Report to the Associate Director, the Senior Manager, Contracts leads contract management and administration actions for USG Department of Defense prime and subcontracts across the acquisition lifecycle. The role involves analyzing Requests for Proposal, negotiating terms, leading change management actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and customer obligations.

Responsibilities

Analyze Requests for Proposal and coordinate development of proposal documents
Lead change management actions including Engineering Change Proposals through negotiation
Review estimate at completion and examine cost structure estimates for accuracy
Ensure negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies and DoD regulations
Coach and mentor team members while mitigating contractual and program risks
