Senior Manager, Corporate Communications

The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications leads the development and execution of a 360° corporate communications strategy to elevate Galderma's external reputation and U.S. storytelling. This role partners with the corporate communications agency and U.S. leadership to drive external communications across media, social channels, and executive visibility while supporting internal communications to ensure consistent, aligned messaging. The position requires a strategic and hands-on communicator comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
