About this role

RTX's Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology team is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & AI Architect to design, develop, and govern scalable data architectures that support business intelligence, analytics, and AI initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to establish data strategies, standards, and platforms while leveraging Databricks Lakehouse technologies and Medallion Architecture patterns. This position requires expertise in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and modern data engineering practices to drive enterprise-scale data solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable enterprise data architectures using Databricks and modern Lakehouse technologies
Define and implement Medallion Architecture patterns including Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers
Architect and implement semantic layers that enable consistent enterprise metrics and analytics across heterogeneous systems

Skills

Qualifications
