The Senior Manager, Analytics leads a team of Data Product Managers to deliver analytics products, AI initiatives, and data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. The role defines the analytics and enterprise AI roadmap, partners with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Marketing, People, Professional Services, Engineering) to prioritize high-impact initiatives, and drives adoption of data-as-a-product practices. This leader is responsible for establishing governance, data quality standards, and compliance for analytics and AI solutions across the enterprise.
