Senior Manager, DC Development (AMERS)

Nscale is seeking a Senior Development Manager to drive the development of new AI data center sites across the Americas, advancing projects from site control through due diligence, entitlement, permitting, and design coordination to Final Investment Decision (FID). The role involves owning assigned development projects end-to-end, managing diligence, entitlements, utility coordination, and design workstreams, and keeping schedules, budgets, and risks on track. The position requires mentoring junior team members, directing external consultants, and delivering Nscale’s speed to market.
