About this role

A DCIM Delivery Senior Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of Data Center Infrastructure Management systems, ensuring BMS, EPMS, PLC, and SCADA platforms meet enterprise standards. This senior technical role combines hands-on troubleshooting with team leadership to oversee design, integration, field execution, and commissioning across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Own DCIM delivery across multiple projects from design through commissioning
Lead and develop CBQE and engineering teams with performance expectations
Act as technical authority for BMS, EPMS, PLC, and SCADA systems
Oversee partner performance across design, FAT, install, and commissioning phases
Drive continuous improvement including digital twin and alarm optimization
