The Senior Manager, Decision Science leads Dealer Tire's supply chain analytics capability, overseeing analytics product ownership, business intelligence, and decision intelligence. This role manages a team of decision scientists, product owners, and BI developers while defining the analytics roadmap and driving the adoption of AI tools to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead Dealer Tire's supply chain analytics capability across product ownership and business intelligence
Define the supply chain analytics roadmap by partnering with stakeholders to identify priorities
Manage the analytics product lifecycle including intake, requirements, and delivery planning
Explore and introduce new analytics capabilities and AI-assisted improvements
Lead and develop the team by coaching on analytical best practices and problem framing

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, decision science, data product management, supply chain analytics, or related analytical leadership roles3+ years of experience leading analytics teams, product owners, BI developers, or cross-functional analytics initiatives
