A Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives will partner with the Chief of Staff for Capital One’s Experience Design team to enable a high-performing design organization. The role focuses on developing systems, strategies, and operational practices that support design associates across the Experience Design organization. It also supports organizational culture, communications, and coordination of portfolio-level initiatives.
