Senior Manager / Director, Load Interconnection & Grid Integration

GridStor is seeking a Senior Manager/Director to lead the technical strategy and execution of large load interconnections for hyperscale data centers and energy infrastructure across North America. The role involves managing Front-of-the-Meter and Behind-the-Meter interconnection processes, developing technical solutions for battery storage and hybrid generation projects, and serving as the primary interface with utilities and ISOs/RTOs. This position requires deep expertise in transmission planning, EMT modeling, and coordinating with external stakeholders to deliver scalable power solutions.
