Senior Manager - Employee Relations

The Senior Manager - Employee Relations oversees the day-to-day management of the College’s employee relations program, including workplace investigations, grievance administration, and conflict resolution. This role supervises staff, serves as a strategic advisor to management on complex employee relations issues, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. The position is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and addressing organizational risk.
