Trase Systems
The Senior Engineering Manager will scale and execute engineering efforts, reporting to the Director of Engineering and driving delivery across multiple product verticals. This leader provides technical depth in full-stack and AI/ML, while operating at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, security, and enterprise workloads. The role suits a self-driven, data-informed manager who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced startup-like environments, and who partners closely with product, security, and compliance teams.
Trase builds governed AI agents for healthcare, government, and enterprise through its agentic operating system, Trase OS, which provides auditable, secure, and compliant AI deployment wherever an organization's data already lives. The platform offers an agent library, SDK, and full-stack governance layer that enforces policy, maintains immutable audit trails, and supports cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Trase is HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant by default and is already in production at major health systems such as Duke Health.
