The Senior Manager, Fair and Responsible Banking provides strategic oversight of the bank’s fair lending, UDAAP, and CRA compliance programs, focusing on regulatory reporting, data integrity, and privacy risk. This role leads the HMDA Data Integrity and Reporting team and acts as the enterprise subject matter expert for executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives.
