Senior Manager, Feasibility

The Senior Manager, Feasibility at Takeda leads data-driven feasibility assessments for Phase I–IV clinical studies to inform protocol design, country and site selection, and enrollment strategy. The role delivers study start-up forecasts, benchmarking assumptions, and enrollment models using competitive intelligence and industry data to optimize trial execution. This position reports remotely and partners across global R&D and clinical teams to support study planning and continuous improvement of feasibility and enrollment forecasting services.
