Senior Manager, Field Deployment and Operations

The Senior Manager, Field Deployment and Operations oversees end-to-end deployment programs for Coates’ U.S. business, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of large-scale hardware and signage installations. The role leads a regional team of Deployment Managers and Coordinators and serves as a key member of the Deployment leadership team. It requires close collaboration with Account Management, Sales Operations, Engineering, and Delivery Support to align deployments with client expectations and business objectives. The position also acts as an escalation point in challenging situations, maintaining control and ownership across all project facets.
