The Senior Manager Focus Factory leads all manufacturing activities within the assigned business unit, ensuring strong performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. This hands-on role involves developing a high-performing organization, driving continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, and supporting business growth through operational excellence and new product introductions. The position requires bilingual communication in French and English to collaborate with clients, partners, and colleagues primarily located outside of Quebec.
