Senior Manager, FP&A

The Senior Manager, FP&A leads the financial planning and analysis function for Regal Rexnord’s Power Management Systems division, serving as a key financial business partner to divisional leadership. This role involves building and establishing the FP&A function from the ground up, developing processes, reporting, forecasting, and analytics to provide actionable financial insights. The position requires leading a team of Senior Financial Analysts and collaborating closely with the Division CFO, President, and other functional leaders to drive financial visibility and influence business decisions.
