About this role

The Senior Manager, Fulfillment leads the day-to-day execution of Chomps' multi-node distribution network and manages relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role involves overseeing order allocation, process controls, KPI reporting, and operational readiness for new channels while collaborating cross-functionally to drive efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

Oversee 3PL partner performance, SLAs, and corrective action tracking
Develop and maintain scalable SOPs for order execution and inventory control
Analyze fulfillment data to drive cost reduction and process improvements
Lead cross-functional initiatives for network planning and launch readiness
