About this role

The Senior Manager, Global Equity will own and evolve Faire’s global equity programs end-to-end, driving scalability and public-company readiness. This role partners across Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People to build durable, audit-ready processes and oversee equity lifecycle operations. The position requires strong judgment in a fast-paced environment and responsibility for compliance, systems integrations, and stakeholder advising.
