About this role

The Senior Manager, Global Payroll leads and strengthens the company's worldwide payroll function for a private‑equity‑backed, multi‑entity cybersecurity SaaS organization. This hands‑on role oversees payroll execution, controls, vendor coordination, compliance support, audit readiness, and process improvement while partnering across Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Enterprise Applications, and external service providers.

Responsibilities

Manage recurring global payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee payroll inputs, validations, approvals, funding coordination and reporting
Maintain payroll controls, documentation and audit‑ready support
Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax and Treasury to support payroll execution
Lead and develop payroll team members through coaching and cross‑training

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
